The other bell has been replaced with a General Signals Type 2 E-Bell.
I caught that & the Zamora ones in a video earlier in this thread

New Teardrop installation! The old WCH bell on this crossing was replaced with a Teardrop bell. I'm not sure where this is, but it looks like a cantilever crossing on a tourist railway.

I actually know the guy who did that. He's a member on Highway Divides and I want to say that the line is a tourist railway located somewhere in West Virginia.
