Are these 8" or 12" lights?

Local crossing by my house. This setup appears to to be Modern Industries lights with WCH E-bells. Although I have never checked I believe they are WCH Gate mechs.

The lights on the EB cantilever are 12x24" lights. All others are 12x20".
