Sadly the crossing at Griffith and all of the signs have since been removed, not sure if the track was removed or just paved over but it's now difficult to see that the crossing ever existed.

Here's a strange one at Port Kembla NSW. This is the original advance warning sign with a hazard triangle in 2007, it is mounted on a power pole.

The signage has since been upgraded and the hazard triangle was left in place, but turned upside down.

You could be onto something there, just discovered the pole was replaced some time between 2009 and 2015. The power company probably swapped over the old signs onto the new pole and didn't know what the hazard triangle was for (or how to mount it correctly). It also looks to be up higher on the new pole.

Here's one that was still at the Broadway crossing in Junee, NSW in April 2017. Despite the fact that the crossing was upgraded with new signals last year, they didn't remove the old signs and the Hazard Triangle is upside down!

Back in 2010, the triangle was the right way up.

The old crossing signals.

Found one on Anzac St, Chullora. I think it's opposite number has already gone, too many trucks parked along the road to see it anyway!

Found this one while wandering around Mascot today https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-33.933 ... 312!8i6656
It looks quite old and must have been an advance warning sign for the level crossing on General Holmes Drive (just around the corner) but the interesting thing is there have been no newer signs installed to take it's place.

Although the image is from 2008, this hazard triangle at Breadalbane is still there. The sign underneath has almost faded completely now.
