Interesting additional signals

I recently saw this in a Facebook group that I'm apart of. There is this extra signal in Breckenridge, Minnesota for this crossing that activates only for specific trains.

Kind of reminds me of these signals in Oregon, Ohio. Although these activate for all trains on the crossings and not for specific trains.
