Signal on the left: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Safetran Fading LEDs, a WCH mechanical bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, a WCH gate light, and NEG gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Safetran Fading LEDs, a Safetran mechanical bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, a WCH gate light, and Alstom LED gate lights.
Pedestrian signal on the left: a Safetran gate mechanism and a WCH gate light.

This crossing appears to be an older install from the LIRR, showing what the crossings in New Hyde Park used to look like before the LIRR replaced some of the lights and the gate mechs sometime recently. As you can see, this crossing is mostly Safetran equipment, and looks very nice, IMHO. The signal on the right also has its lights off centered for some reason.
