Found one in Queensland, Australia. The crossing has US&S gate mechs which are rare in Australia (only found in Queensland) and some of the gate lights look quite odd...

Crossings in Queensland don't have bells, not sure of the reason but it's been a long standing policy of theirs. If there is a pedestrian crossing it will have alarms, but I only know of two older road crossings which had bells.
