The two images were taken at slightly different times (by no more than a second) most likely, and then were stitched together, making the signals look a bit funky.

There used to be an IGA not too far from where I live, but it was closed down and sold to another SuperMarket chain (can't remember at this time).

Kmart is also really big in Australia still, from what I understand.
