Sadly, if this is true depending on the condition of those teardrop bells, they may no longer work.

Don't judge the book by it's cover. The first Teardrop bell I got off of eBay looked like that, but it still worked properly.

already been known about for years
I didn't know about them. I also couldn't find any posts in the forum about them nor could I find a page in the site for them. One could say that all US&S Teardrop Bells are known. :Wink:
