Orlando, Florida.

Looks like it's still open:

They were likely just replacing the grade at the time.
Hard to tell, but here's a closer angle from the other side:

Grand Avenue in Middletown Ohio Closed down back I think November 2015? At least I caught 2 videos of the crossings in action. The signals have since been removed. I don't have a picture of the crossing getting the signals gone, but I know for the fact that these crossings are gone.

Fogg Street/7th Avenue also closed down and signals are removed, meaning that the ASC E-Bells are gone as well.

Now, let's go back into the time where I was just a toddler. I looked up on Google Earth, a street named Callender Drive in Hendersonville, Tennessee. And I found out that crossing used to have Signals!!! I don't know much about the signals, because the signals at this road are long gone. The FRA claims this crossing was closed on May 18, 2005, or the time I was only 1 year old. Also, this road has since been closed for over a decade now. It's now turned into Drake's Creek Park.

If I know correctly, this crossing could've had 8 inch lights and a mechanical bell.

Yeah, that's more common than you think. Many municipalities actually do remove the paint from the pavement, but at the consequence of motorists still seeing that there was a marking in the road. Only way to really get rid of it is to resurface the road. :Tongue1:

Found this in my subscriptions yesterday

Seems the crossing is stuck in a permaently "ON" mode, the light on the right is in a bad condition, with its visor and lense missing, wasps are also wanting to create a nest in there, i could also imagine the gates can't even rise due to the plants growing by them, the relay case also looks new...

Huh, i can remember i looked at that crossing a year or two ago, weird to replace if you ask me.

And to make matters worse, it appears that i cannot find a FRA report on the crossing.

If you exit streetview mode, you will see that the traffic pattern in the area has been realigned

I think those signals were also CSX installations, before they either sold the line off or gave trackage rights, i shall look up the railroad since i found the report.

Correct. The line right there is owned by the Buckingham Branch Railroad.
