W&LE and a blank grey locomotive in Williard, Ohio. (I'm guessing the W&LE is a GP38-2 and the blank is a SD40)

Two CSX SD50-2's in New Pekin, Indiana. For some reason, these locomotives were derated to 3,000 HP.

Same thing happened with the AC6000s, later getting derated to 4400hp from 6000hp. Reason is is that they performed terribly at their original horsepower rating.
