Just want to note that today is June 24... there is still a few days left in the month. Why is this being closed so early?

I was actually out tonight trying to get a photo of a signal at night to submit, but after waiting 1 1/2 hours in 90 degree heat and no train I gave up.

I give 3 weeks in the month for submissions, and then the last week is for voting. Maybe the night event was a bad idea, especially for this time of year. I may try it again perhaps in the fall when its a little cooler and trains may be able to get captured easier when it gets darker earlier.
