I have a massive update to the Alabama section of the site that should be going live later this evening (which means that it'll be "on time" for once).
However, as the Alabama section of the site will be getting completely overhauled in this update, the Alabama section of the site will be briefly unavailable and then be incomplete while the update is being uploaded to the server.
