Looks like a normal General Signals e-bell to me.
Well maybe it isn't installed correctly, or there are some "Size matters" between the size of the bell, and the length of the bell fixtures.

Found knock-off canadian style 45 degree crossbuck on an abandoned spur in Argentina!!!!!!!!!!!! :Confused:
very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!
