Looks like a normal General Signals e-bell to me.

Well maybe it isn't installed correctly, or there are some "Size matters" between the size of the bell, and the length of the bell fixtures.

but thats not all 2007 street view showed that the forty five degree crossbuck had replaced a regular 90 degree crossbuck
