1 and a half - 2 hours would be my guess
very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!

Looks like a Woodings Railcar junction box, making me think the line it's on must've been owned by a Canadian Railroad originally (if it isn't still). Would also explain the presence of an EM signal in Maine, as EM signals were popular with a couple of railroads up there, IIRC.
