Eastbound (far) signal: 4 pairs of US&S 12x20 inch lights and a WCH mechanical bell.
Westbound (near) signal: 2 pairs of Modern Industries 12x24 inch lights.
Both signals are on the same side of the road here, interestingly enough. I guess it's due to the road that is right next to the line on the other side of the tracks.
