For clarity, Ybor City is not a city on its own; it's a part of the city of Tampa.

Not that flat, just rough sounding. And that's an NEG e-bell, not a General Signals one. Lights were upgraded to LED as well.

There's an odd sounding GS Type 1 E-Bell around 16:33 in this video.

here's a video of the crossing in lodi ,ca on pine street which has two us&S teardrop bells in action and it sounds like one of the teardrop bells has gone dead sadly.

it would also be the case why the bell in partcular that isn't shown would be the one that sounds dead.
