very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!

Not railroad related though. That NEMA cabinet is likely meant for street lights or something utility-related.

(Also, please make sure to work on your grammar. If you turned in a paper like this at school, the teacher would likely dock at least a full letter grade or two just for the grammar alone.)
