*originally recorded on 10-13-18*

Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Federal Signal 8 inch lights.
Signal on the far right: 1 pair of Safetran 8 inch lights.
Signal on the near right: 3 pairs of Federal Signal 8 inch lights and a Federal Signal mechanical bell.

Now for what's easily the most classic crossing of the day was also the last crossing I caught on the outbound trip. This crossing features a set of old L&N signals from the 1970s that are almost completely unchanged! Aside from the Safetran 8 inch lights on the signal for the side street, which were likely installed by the SBD, that is. The Federal Signal bell here rings a bit unsteady every so often, but is otherwise healthy. This is also the easternmost signalized crossing on the NERR, as, as far as I'm aware, Monterey has only crossbuck crossings.
They/Them for me, please.
