That's a US&S bell.

This Italian crossing seems to be receiving an upgrade, so hopefully the WABCO bells survive. Also the train sounds more like a truck!

Don't get your hopes up, IMO there could be bells that are inside those new barriers. Here is an example.

13th Street #3 in Terre Haute, IN has one, though at the time of this post it's been dead for two or three months now and a General Signals Type-3 e-bell was added on the other signal. Thankfully, I got some videos before the WABCO bell died: https://youtu.be/yPF-LWQr7I0
