1. M-113 @ Walton Junction: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.5307279 ... bfov%3D100
This crossing is on a busy highway and sees two trains per one weekday. About .25 of a mile down the line from this crossing are several switches that transfer from the Manton Line to the Petoskey line, and the Manton-Traverse City line. Manton-Petoskey is used more frequently.
2. Kingsley Road: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.5786093 ... 328!8i1664
As you can see from the Streetview, this crossing was installed in 2009 to replace the non-gated crossing here. It was installed due to a death caused by not checking the tracks before crossing.
3. M-113 @ Main Street: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.584641, ... 312!8i6656
Another crossing, this one with all older signals at the time of image capture. They upgraded the lights to LED in September 2017, then forget to put power back to the crossing after they were done
4. Summit City Road @ Summit City: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.552821, ... 328!8i1664
Dis Boi here would randomly activate for about 5 seconds every so often around 2015. They fixed it.
5. Bus Garage: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.5967916 ... 312!8i6656
Good thing they put the Bus Garage Before the tracks! Not much to say on this one since I've never seen it activate.
6. Sparling Road
Since this crossing doesn't have streetview, I can't show it, however it is much like the Summit City and Bus Garage crossings. This is about 3.5 miles from my home, and on a very clear day I can sometimes hear the train horns from my home.
