After all, Fergs is close not only to the Amway Center but also Camping World Stadium.ZachL wrote:I'm surprised Ferguson would open there. Both of his restaurants in St. Petersburg and Tampa are successful because they're around the corner from sports venues.
I don't think the lease he has on the building will carry onto the new owners, but after all its a fight to see who gets what they want.
Here's a list.
Food Related:
Tijuiana Flats.
A cheesecake factory
Chipotle
Chick-Fil-A
Retail
Amazon
Apple
Soul Cycle
Trader Joes.
Personally, IMO i would not want to see Amazon or an Apple store there.
I've even just learned that SoulCycle is a fitness company, no thank you.

Noticed that the street blade next to the crossing claims that US 79 is "TN 79" (the road is also TN 76, but that means the street blade is still wrong).Ethan the Railfanner wrote:Active Crossing near Trezevant, TN:

Probably obvious that they have that name due to them shaped like razor blades (ouch)ZachL wrote:i never knew those things were called street blades...freebrickproductions wrote:Noticed that the street blade next to the crossing claims that US 79 is "TN 79" (the road is also TN 76, but that means the street blade is still wrong).Ethan the Railfanner wrote:Active Crossing near Trezevant, TN:
