I'm surprised Ferguson would open there. Both of his restaurants in St. Petersburg and Tampa are successful because they're around the corner from sports venues.

After all, Fergs is close not only to the Amway Center but also Camping World Stadium.

I don't think the lease he has on the building will carry onto the new owners, but after all its a fight to see who gets what they want.

Personally, IMO i would not want to see Amazon or an Apple store there.

Noticed that the street blade next to the crossing claims that US 79 is "TN 79" (the road is also TN 76, but that means the street blade is still wrong).
