Just over 10 years ago, this crossing was on part of the NERR's mainline between Lebanon and Nashville, as was built by the Tennessee Central Railway. As such, the NERR had upgraded the track and crossings along this part of the line in the early to mid 2000s, along with the rest of the NERR Mainline. However, in the late 2000s, the NERR Mainline was realigned a bit to the south to allow the newly-widened TN 109 to pass over the NERR, instead of crossing it at grade, along with a new bridge along the line over this road. As such, the realignment led to the elimination of two crossings along the mainline, and an improved Martha station. However, part of the old mainline was retained to allow the NERR to keep two of its customers, and that part of the line just happened to include this crossing, which hasn't seen many changes to it since it was upgraded in the early to mid 2000s. Street view also caught a pair of NERR B39-8s, including NERR 8585 prior to being repainted, idling just east of this crossing back in 2012.
TN 109's former crossing can still be seen on old streetview imagery, and also had the same equipment at it as this crossing, save for one signal having 7 inch NEG gate lights while the other had some kind of 4 inch gate light. The crossing also retained a relay case and a pair of Federal Signal/WCH cantilever bases from the L&N, which were located right next to the signals that replaced them. Oddly enough, one of the bases appears to have disappeared between 2007 and 2008 based on the streetview imagery. An NERR train can also be seen just east of the crossing on Street View in 2008. Here's a couple of links to the former TN 109 crossing:
