Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.

This crossing is pretty modern, though believe it or not, the signals here are original to the crossing as it was only opened in 2011! It actually replaced a small crossbuck crossing that was located only about 90 feet to the southeast of this crossing on a street called Hill Lakes Road (which Google erroneously labels as "Hillakes Road", which used to go all the way to US 70S in the background. When Maddox Simpson Parkway was built, Hill Lakes Road was truncated to just before it reached the NERR on the southside of the line, though with a new alignment to intersect with Maddox Simpson Parkway. In fact, the relay case here is located right where Hill Lakes Road used to run. Also, based on the equipment in use at this crossing and the equipment used at Brush Creek Circle, I'm willing to bet that Brush Creek Circle had its lights and bell upgraded around the same time this crossing was installed. Also, when I was here back in January, both signals had NEG LED gate lights like the ones currently on the left-hand signal. However, since then, the right-hand signal had gate lights replaced with newer RECO-style NEG LED gate lights, likely due to the gate being hit and having to be replaced.
