This crossing has a bit of an interesting history behind it. Back in the 1980s, the crossing had a pair of old Federal Signal (possibly WCH?) cantilevers with all 8 inch lights (appear to have been a mixture of Modern Industries and Federal Signal) and two mechanical bells, at least one of which was WRRS. Then, sometime in the 1990s, the NERR replaced the overhead lights with Modern Industries 12x20s, and removed one of the mechanical bells around the same time, or at least certainly by 2007 (based on the earliest Street View imagery available). The signals then remained unchanged until sometime between the summer of 2017 and the summer of 2018, when the NERR went through and replaced the crossing entirely. Not entirely sure why it was done, though I'm guessing that Nashville redid this road (replacing all of the old traffic lights and lane control signals) and told the NERR to upgrade the crossing so that it would match the rest of the new equipment. It's a bit interesting though that the crossing is back to having two bells again after having only one for so long.
This crossing is also at the eastern end of a section of Hermitage Avenue that features a reversible center lane, hence the lane control signals seen in the background of the video.
The crossing also timed out after a while due to the train stopping so the conductor could get out and throw a switch so it wouldn't have to be realigned later.
