How do you know that it "failed"? No, because i was never born, nor did i grow up in New Orleans, and i would've been elsewhere had i lived in the US, but to me that parking garage does like pretty run down and to me an eyesore with other neighboring unused buildings.ZachL wrote:How do you know that it "failed"?
