March 25th would be a good day to close the submissions and start the poll. I've updated the original post accordingly.

You can upload the file as an attachment and place it inline in the post (like I did with your submission). Alternatively, you can also host the file on a picture-hosting website elsewhere (like how I use Flickr) and then just link it here.

(Also, if you have another question to add and no-ones responded to your post, edit the post and add the second question instead of making a new one, thanks.)

June 14, 2017. SMVRR flags the crossing for Stowell Road in Santa Maria Ca. This crossing now has functional signals.

Now that's a cool old crossing! Wonder why the signals weren't working?

Also, interesting seeing the 8 inch mast lights paired with 12 inch overhead lights, typically that was just a southeastern thing!
