Here's a neat little B&O-era signal on a still-used part of the CSX Illinois Sub in Lawrenceburg, IL:

An unusual ACL/SCL installtion on a small residential road in Dunnelton, Florida.

Since then, CSX appears to have lost trackage ownership, passed on to the FCEN who installed these shoddy looking signals with those WCH mechanical bells on the sides. :Sneaky:

A CSX DOT Tag that was written over.

That's an 80s CSX install in the first link.

Also, I personally like the newer signals. They look rather nice (if a bit boring), though the side-mounted WCH mechanicals is rather cool as you don't see mechanical bells mounted on the sides of masts much anymore, especially on modern installs.

CSX probably continues to have trackage rights while the FCEN owns the track.

Hard to see, but this is an active crossing near Camden, TN:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.0425376 ... 312!8i6656

Not related, but I'm guessing this old L&N Track Signal still remains on this line.

Cough, by crossing you mean the CSX Yuengling Spur Division.

On the topic of that, CSX still seems to show some love for this line, as new ties are due to be laid. It is unusual to place ties on a siding though, but it may be unused.
