Signal on the right: 4 pairs of cast-iron WRRS 8 inch lights.
This was the second place I caught the BAYL train at. The crossing here is a very nice one, located right in Newville's downtown-ish-area, and one that I'm quite glad to have recorded on this trip. The signals here are some classic ACL signals, most likely from the 1950s if I had to guess, which haven't change one bit (outside of the signage) since they were installed. AFAIK, this is the only crossing left on the BAYL to retain 8 inch lights, so I'm quite glad to have recorded it as the BAYL plans to have rebuilt this branch by the end of 2020 (according to the crew, anyways) and these classic signals will be getting upgraded as well. Still a nice old gateless crossing though. Newville's tiny town hall can also be seen in the background as well.
They/Them for me, please.
