Here's a really weird crossing malfunction that I've never seen before.
Proud owner of 7 mechanical bells along with a pair of safetran 12x20 lights and a 8 inch light. Been a fan of trains since I was little. Main place I railfan on, The Sedalia Sub.

Rock Hill Rd. In Webster Groves, MO sometimes does a tail-ring after a slow eastbound. This one was especially bad

It’s at 11:10
Proud owner of a Safetran 3rd Gen M-Bell, a GS Type 2 bell, a dead GS type 1 bell, a WRRS M-bell, and a US&S H-2 searchlight signal.
Why does everyone copy my signature?

OG signal collection signature, I think. :LOL2:

One of the gates on this crossing has been bent back slightly further than it's original angle, and so it doesn't lower in the correct position.

How often do you see an UP/Electro-Tech led malfunction? My friend has caught this led malfunction at Vermont Ave. UP has since fixed the led light, but the crossing still has the malfunction that happens after a train passes.

Yeah that's just the camera's refresh rate on the LED light, not the light itself.

Also the tail-ring malfunction. Happens at quite a few crossings.

I've seen a messed-up Electro-tech LED before that didn't really light-up when it was supposed to. The LEDs don't seem to have that great of quality control, given the number that "fade", it seems like.
They/Them for me, please.

I don't know if this does count, but after this collision with a train, the crossing tail rings.

The flasher relay's on this crossing freeze as soon as the signals activate.
