Here is an extremely flat WCH mechanical bell.

As of 2019 however, the pedestrian gates have been upgraded to include GS Type 3's, whether the flat mechanical bell is still there i do not wish to speculate.

Two things: one, how can you tell that those are GS type 3s without hearing them? And two, those are not pedestrian gates. That is a quad-gate installation.
Crossing pictures from Plant City, FL are finally here! viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2538

Why? Because Brightline (cough) Virgin Trains USA use GS Type 3's for their installations, why would they use GS Type 2? Many crossings have GS Type 3s' even though i do not live in Florida!
And for quad gates, those are pedestrian gates and not quad gates! Sure they were pedestrian gates back then but now they have been upgraded to quad gates.

Flat sounding safetran mechanical bell at 3:02. Video taken in the era when the p40s were brand new.

The bell at the start also sounds a bit flat, IMHO.

Just remove anything and everything after the video ID, like I've told you (and done for you) 20,000 times before...

Also, looks like you've got the wrong video anyways, as the one you're trying to embed is the one I posted above, so you'll probably want to make sure you have the right link this time as well:
