Another southbound BNSF coal train I have caught on this line. I saw this train leave Knoche yard this morning when I was in the area trying to find UP 1982 (I would miss this train as I was up north filming the NS KC District), but no luck came. I saw some Canadian Pacific yard switchers sitting in Knoche Yard (one of them was an ECO while the other was a normal gp38-2). I then decided to go back home and while I was heading home, I saw the front end of this train just passed 12th St #2. I pulled over and decided to film this train at this crossing as I wanted to film here again. This crossing may look familiar to some of you people as this was the crossing I filmed a northbound KCS manifest that stopped at this crossing causing every train behind that one to stop as well as trapping me and Myles as a UP train did stop as well. This time I decided to film on this side in case this train were to stop. Luckily it didn't this time. Crossing itself hasn't changed since the last time I filmed here. Still wished this crossing was gateless as this crossing originally had modern industries 12x24 lights and a safetran type 2 e bell until sometime in 2018 when KCS decided to install the current leds' gated signals, and dual gs type 3s here. For some odd reason the gate on the closest signal has 5 pairs of Alstom-Aurora led gate lights. That's right, 5 pairs. Why, Idk. Kinda odd tbh.
Proud owner of 7 mechanical bells along with a pair of safetran 12x20 lights and a 8 inch light. Been a fan of trains since I was little. Main place I railfan on, The Sedalia Sub.

Recorded on 6-23-20. Got another video of this crossing in action. Nothing has changed since the last time I filmed here.
