Unmarked crossing... almost a grade crossing accident... bad train horn... train headlight not on... conductor throws flares out the door instead of getting out of the train and flagging the crossing.

That is just bad.... No warning whatsoever.

that crossing needs to be fixed, it would have been easy to get in a crash, you can barely hear the horn and there are no signals, not to mention that the flares were thrown late.

There are quite a few violations in there but for all we know that line could be a low used spur.
