The whole thing was replaced and somewhat looks like Shelton Road (Madison, AL).
Belled signal only: GS Type 3 E-bell
Both: Siemens gate mechanism
Both: Siemens 12x24 incandescent lights
Both: Relay case was most likely replaced
Both: Siemens crossing base
Notes: crossing malfunctioned sometime in mid May, in which I witnessed on the way to school

I'm aware of the upgrade, I've already got photos (and videos) of it, just ain't had time to get the page updated yet. The relay case was retained in the upgrade, FWIW. The lights are now 12x20s as well.

Sorry about that. I didn't really get close because I was at the plaza near downtown Madison. I thought they were 12x24s and had no idea you were trying to update the website.
