CSX Train vs. Pedestrian/Idiot

This just happening... A CSX train (not mentioned in story, but is on CSX line) hit someone walking on the tracks at or near the crossing....The person is possibly trapped under the train...

UPDATE:

It was a 14 year-old trying to cross in-between the stopped train when the train began to move again and dragged the teen... He was pronounced dead at the hospital
