Found a defunct crossing with one in Sarcoxie, MO:

I think this particular track has since been removed for a bike trail.

The last known teardrop bell in the Metro area is gone. 
It was on 104th Avenue at Herman Road in Tualatin. They've re-designed the intersection and all the signals have been replaced.
