More Quiet Zones in Arizona

Somebody I know who gets Trains magazine said that they may be making every crossing a quiet zone...and having wayside horns throughout the country. I certianly hope not! I'll personally damage every one I see...

oh good, lets replace all locomotive horns with bike horns, or wooden toy train wistles. And put up signs that day "Listen, there might be a train coming and it doesnt have a horn so you should be careful, please".
