very weird light mount

I was able to make a video of it from just before starting up to after shut off.

Just down the street I recall a crossbuck with bell only. Will need to search for it.
Now back to shoveling snow at 0445 hrs.

Evidently they wanted the mast lights to be clearly visible around that power pole. As you can see, the signal is already pretty close to the pavement, so they had to go in the other direction. When I see long mount arms like that, I wonder how much torque is on the mount bolts to hold everything horizontal...
