It's similar to the setup like Main Street crossing in Pine Bluff,AR,but notice the mast signal is facing the other way with the gate on it.

wow lots of graffittied Maine Central (Guilford/Pan Am Railways) boxcars there in Arkansas. They are quite a long way from home.
