Car HITS Train in South Sacramento

Found this on YouTube...must be recent...

This time the car hit the train, not the train hitting the car...

I'm trying to identify the lights...It's a UP line according to the reporter....The bells are GS Type 2 bells...and the LED lights are fading...that's all I know

The bells are Safetran Type 1, not heard in the video, possibly replaced, a GS Type 2 and a WCH Type 3 Electronic Bell. The lights look like 12x24 Safetran Fading LED's and 12x20 WCH 1st Generation Red LED's.
