The Illinois Railnet features over 60 at-grade crossings, and out of all of those only 3 have gates (that includes Montgomery where it is shared with the BNSF).
The town of Millington had 4 crossing on the line, all of which are equipped with lights and a bell, but two feature gates and two GS E-bells.

Serena features a mast which holds 8 lights placed in an unusual fashion.

The crossing in Wedron has no gates, but it's really neat.

Re: Railnet Oddballs
That first set has RSI LEDs. Those are a bit on the rare side.
