Arch Rd, Royersford PA
Did anyone notice the device attached to the visors on these signals? Any idea what it is? On each light, there is a wire leading to the device.

could they be cameras to catch people who go across when the signals are on?

Radiant heaters to melt snow and ice?
Otherwise LEDs produce so little heat that the lamps remain obscured.
