Not active... but an interesting choice of protection for a bike path. It is directly adjacent to a regular road crossing just to the right:

Actually no... there is a bike path adjacent to the road with it's own signals and gates.

In addition to the crossing signals and bell... 4 traffic lights, and even a camera for the traffic signals! The cantilever on the other end has 3 traffic lights mounted on it as well!

Still, Mexican crossings are the most interesting - always wondering if they're working or not.
American crossings are all so predictable - they always function perfectly.

Can you tell the morons operating the live web cams to put the one on MANUAL focus?
Vehicle lights continually cause it to go out of focus.
Or, can these cameras be remotely zoomed and aimed, and therefore need autofocus?
