notice they are GRS plastic 12"x20" lights. There isnt enough room to mount them on the right sid eof the tracks or on a cantilever

Very interesting. Don't see an equipment box anywhere... wonder if they are wired into the same box the controls that cantilever up the street?

Probably. Same crosssing, so that would make sense. I wonder how they arranged mounting to a private building...?
