I checked Street View. The lights and bell are on their own pole, not attached to the telephone pole as they appear. It is an odd spot, though, considering the few trains the photographer claims the line sees.
You think your car gets bad mileage? SP 4449 consumes 10 gallons of bunker oil and 100 gallons of water every mile.

I like that picture with the sunsetting, and the snow ontop of the signals with the train crossing through town. Would make a neat postcard. :2cents:
