I got a confirmation from the video owner that the siren came from a police vehicle,not the crossing.

It was not in the description at the time when I found the video.The owner later replied to me about the siren.

I believe MOW would be the only equipment to have electronic sirens on them in addition to traditional horns and bells.
Cool looking crossing, hope they keep those lights and gates down there with them!

If you could translate the description, you'd know it says:

I think they should do this to crossings with sidewalks in quiet zones for pedestrians who don't care about death and don't pay attention. When they see the train when the siren goes off they look at the direction the train is coming from the they say "HOLY

!"
