Another siren crossing

I don't know where this is,but the e bell is different and the siren that activates when the train gets to the crossing.

NCA stands for Nuevo Central Argentino its a railway in (you guessed it), the provinces of Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Córdoba, Santiago del Estero and Tucumán, Argentina.
NCA operates about 5,000 km of track, they have got a weird gauge too 1,676 mm=5' 6".
Also Nice to see the use of safetran equipment looks like it actually works properly, wonder how long that will last?

The siren was from a police van parked nearby, not part of the AWD at the crossing.

Should be obvious that it was a police vehicle blowing a siren at the train.

Heck, it's even in the video description.
