This photo sphere shows that the gates for one side of the road are lowered, but not the other. Does anyone know why this happened?

Probably when they took the panorama, it had started when they went past the right-side, and when they got all the way back around to the left side, it had lowered.

I know I've posted this before,
but it seems that the CSX S&NA South Sub has had its fair share of issues with crossing lights.
