Normally CSX would mount their DOT tags where the SORS signs are, however I'm not sure where else they could be mounted.
I've seen a few CSX crossings with the emergency info mounted like that on at least one of the signals:

Yes, it's an FRA violation to have a stop sign at a protected at-grade crossing.

That reminds me, I found another crossing (South Road, Brighton) further down the line active in this 2010 image.

They also forgot to cover this Connex logo up, as Metro had only taken over the operation of the network a month earlier and by that point, all Connex logos on the trains had been covered with temporary stickers.

Wow, I've never seen that before! And it's an oldie too (by several decades), because of the yellow color.

It also has ghetto shielding on it too: https://www.google.com/maps/@27.8809478 ... 6656?hl=en

LOL... that's the same crossing I found awhile back with the CSX guy "working".

It's also the same line that has these nice looking 8 inch signals just a few blocks North. I would really like to catch these in action sometime.

Yes, that's the CSX Port Tampa Spur. I have pictures of crossings on the northern end of this spur on the site.

Nice find with that mostly-pure early CSX install!
