Old pair of Safetran 8-inch lights with WABCO AL-70 Gate Mechanisms. One signal has a General Signals Type 2 E-Bell and the other signal has a Safetran Type 3.

Another pair, but one signal has a Western Cullen Hayes E-Bell and the other signal has a Safetran Mechanical Bell.

Those EM mechanisms and cantilevers are likely Safetran-made as well.

Based on all the trash lying on the tracks, I'd say it's a good chance that is abandoned.
