Originally this didn't look awkward, but they removed the cantilevers... now it looks does look weird. Not to mention there should probably have been at least another set of lights added to aim at the third approach.

That bell placement is actually commonplace on all newer Florida Central Railroad installations, and the same for Florida Midland and Florida Northern railroads as well. Not much of the installs, but the location. What I did find odd, why no gates? BTW To see the whole crossing spin 360 degress in street view.

Working on a PTC design in Milan, MI where (2) grade crossings intersect at a diamond...pain in the
Thankfully the old 62660 detection units were upgraded with GCP4000's on the double track. The single line still has the older 62500 motion sensors.
